boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix 8 It's been a long time since I had a chance to drink this sake, as it's not sold very often. I drank White Koji Junmai Namaishu I had a fire-aged version in the past and was impressed with it. This is the sake that Nemuchi-san posted about drinking at home the other day! Rice is Oita Mitsui Moderately sweet and sour. In a past post, he wrote that it was like wine yeast, but I guess he felt that way because of the strong acidity. Easy to drink with low alcohol content. I prefer nama-zake to hi-ire. Orikarami Nama Sake I've had it at home in the past. The rice is Gin-no-sato. The impression of the past is still the same, bursting with the flavor of rice. On the scale of sweetness and spiciness, it is sweet, but the taste is quite dry.
