The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. It erupted at the same time as the bottle was opened. A sparkling toast? It is good on its own. The dryness of the sake's 15% sake level comes out in the latter half of the bottle. It is the type that disappears in a blink of an eye. I can't remember the last time I tasted it.

It's a little cloudy. It has a muscat-like taste. It is a slightly sweet sake with a lot of rice flavor and freshness. I don't see Toyojun very often, so I tend to buy it when it's on sale.

Thanks for the week! Today we drink our first Oita sake 🍶. The aroma is juicy like muscat. There is a little bit of ori. The second half of the mouthfeel is sharp and spicy. It is delicious with fried bean sprouts, bean sprouts and eggs in a Chinese style ✨.

The wine is dry and refreshing with a light gassy feeling, fluffy sweetness, moderate bitterness, and a cider-like acidity. I've heard it tastes good heated up, so I'll try it when I have a few bottles left 🤤. Personal rating 8/10 points

Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀! Is it similar to Mida Spark 😲? I heated it up and it was sweeter and mellower 🤤 and a bit more bitter, but it was delicious - and I've never had a gassy heated bottle before!
