I was scared to open the bottle because it had a warning on it, but I opened it without any problem.
The aroma was sour, alcoholic, and a little apple?
When I sipped it...well, it wasn't very shwashy, which was a letdown. Should I have drunk it a little earlier? There is a little bit of a squashy taste, a chilli taste from the apple-like acidity, a bitter taste, and grapes in the aftertaste. There is a slight umami.
When mixed, the sweetness of the grape seems to increase a little. The deep sweetness and umami are enveloped by a slight carbonation. The final taste is a refreshing "jyun", and the beer feels 17 degrees Celsius for a short while before disappearing.
As the day goes by, the taste becomes more balanced and refreshing. It has the umami of rice and a little more fruity sweetness than the Jyuseki we had the other day. Personally, I think it tastes like grapes.
However, it is not too sweet, so I was able to continue drinking it with snacks and enjoyed it.

It is bitter-sweet and fruity!

I bought and drank it in the past. It is bitter-sweet fruity and delicious!
Ms. Yuri Minami of Miss SAKE Osaka served sake at this booth!
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (11)
The booth of [Fusashimaya] in Gifu Prefecture, which participated only on Saturday in a hurry.
It looks like he was invited by Okuhiroya, but Okuhiroya didn't show up🤣.
Mr. Bouken and the brewer talked about Icoma Sake Shop.
Fusashimaya Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake.
It is freshly opened and has a gorgeous, sweet and savory taste. A little expensive.
Fusajimaya Junmai Unfiltered Nama-genshu Omachi
The flavor is full and robust, but the use of white malted rice for the malted rice gives it an acidic and refreshing aftertaste.
Usashimaya Usashin WHITE Unfiltered Nama Sake
Usagishin = Tokoro = Tokoro Shuzo, right?
It is lightly cloudy with a little bit of gas and a mild bitterness. It has a bit of gas and a bitter taste.
There is no black sake in summer, so it seems to be white.
Fusashimaya Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Blue Bottle
The driest sake here. It has a dry aftertaste, but it's not that dry.
The production is said to be small, so I guess I'm lucky to have two distributors within my area of activity.
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower (11)
Fusashimaya, which was not announced at first, participated only on Saturday. According to Mr. Tokoro, the brewery owner, they were invited suddenly😅.
We drank
Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-no-Genshu
Polishing ratio 45% Yamadanishiki
It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious!
Junmai Unrefined Nama Shu Omachi
Polishing ratio 70%, white malted rice used.
It has a strong acidity, but it is well-balanced without the sourness that white malted rice tends to have.
Usagishin WHITE Unfiltered Nama-shu
Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku
It has a gaseous feeling. I think this is also white malted rice, but I'm not sure.
Blue bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama-nihonshu
Polishing ratio 65%, Ihyakumangoku, Sake meter value +10
It seems to be a summer type sake. It is dry, but not too spicy and easy to drink.
I bought and drank most of them at Icoma except for the Blue Bottle. I thought it was consistently tasty even after drinking it again!
Mr. Bouken.
Good evening...
Boushimaya is a brand I've never seen or heard of...💦.
Reading your report, it seems that all of them have their own characteristics and it would be fun to compare them 🤩.
Hi Koizo!
I was wondering if there are special dealers all over the country because almost all of the Russian noodle wine kings drink it, but the brewer said that the production volume is low, so there are not many stores where you can buy it 🤔It's interesting that there is a wide range of flavor types 😋.

The bottle opens with a pop and a cheerful sound.
It has a refreshing flavor typical of nama-shu, and as it is super-harsh, the aftertaste is certainly clear and dry with a slight bitterness, but when the lees gets involved, the impression on the palate is soft and sweet, and this impression gradually increases as the day goes on.
The change in expression is quite enjoyable and above all, delicious.
I went to Icoma Sake Shop and they gave me a drink of 11 years old? I was allowed to drink a bottle of Boshimaya 😳.
I think this is the first one I've had that uses #6 yeast 🤔.
It doesn't have that much color and it doesn't have any sense of maturity.
The taste is complex and hard to describe.
I think it's dry at +7, but I don't mind the spiciness.
It's just a normal wine that I enjoyed drinking.
I also had a bottle of Senzuke's ROCK and it was just as good as last year's 😁.
