Ehime Matsuyama Local Sake
Seiryu Shuzo Iyo Kagiya Junmai Ginjo Black Label
The second bottle we received for drinking.
More rice sweetness and rice presence than junmai sake.
Light!
Slightly refreshing after the sweetness of the rice. The soft spiciness that follows at the end is delicious.
It is a mellow sake that one never gets tired of, and should be paired with a refreshing meal.
Iyo Kagiya, a sake from Ehime, this is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake, but it remained at the sake shop until August. It is rare.
It tasted fruity and fresh, as it is a nama sake. It is a very good sake with a bit of rice flavor. I think it tasted a little apple-like.
I think it had probably been aged in the refrigerator for half a year, so the umami might have been a little stronger. But it was easy to drink.
Ehime GET & Nice to meet you sake🍶.
It is a pleasant sake with a gentle mouthfeel, a delicious rice flavor, and a firm, dry, sharp aftertaste.
Accompanied by Sekiburi yellowtail Ryukyu!
Iyo Kagiya toshi's sake, unfiltered junmai orikarami.
The aroma of the top clear nose has a light lactic acidity and a freshness like white peaches. When you drink it, it has fresh acidity, fresh umami, and sweetness.
When you mix in the ori, you will feel a slightly thick mouthfeel with soft gas, tangy acidity, milky sweetness and umami in good balance, and a clear, round taste.
There is a gentle bitterness in the mid-palate as well as a gentle sourness and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and I personally think the balance is really good.
For some reason, I want to drink muddy sake during hot weather.
I think it is the perfect sake for this time of year.
Three kinds of gifts from Kagiya
First, Junmai
Cold sake.
It is clear and has a light yellowish tint. The sweetness of the rice is followed by a refreshing lightness and a lingering aftertaste.
It is recommended as a food sake, so it is very versatile. It is refreshing and light.
It enhances and enlivens food.
It is smooth and delicious.
The last souvenir from back home
I did not know there was such a sake brewery in Saijo.
I bought it because of its stylish label and the fact that it is made from rice produced in the prefecture.
The sake is indeed tangy and dry with a sake strength of +9!
A delicious sake that goes well with meals!
Bingo!
