It is quite effervescent 😊.
The aroma is a mixture of a little bit of the sake-like aroma and sourness.
On the palate, it has a moderate umami and sweetness, but the strong tingling sensation helps to give it a clean and crisp impression at the end.
When mixed with the lees, the silky and umami flavors become more intense.
Mmmm, it is delicious!
