金猫魔Nanakanba, a souvenir from Tottori Shimane!
It was purchased with Oroku at Food Studio Kakuban in Takashimaya Annex in front of Yonago Station. It has already been a week. Coincidentally, it opens on the 7th.
The sake "Shichikanba" is inspired by the vivid sparkle of a famous horse in the history of Japanese horse racing, who won seven G1 championships. The sake is said to be made from the pure water and carefully selected rice of Okuizumo, and finished with the traditional skills of the Izumo toji, a sake brewer.
It is the most popular of them all, meaning the horse that sells the most tickets.
The simple and stylish design with shining heptagonal horseshoes is fashionable.
Winner of the Kura Master 2023 Gold Award.
The aroma is gorgeous banana,
Mellow and smooth sweetness,
Soft acidity.
The taste is clear, balanced, clear, and dry,
Well balanced and clear,
This is delicious!
I would like to try the special junmai and other patterns! I wonder when I can buy it again...
And this is a Hagiyaki sake cup. At first the earthy aroma was a bit strong, but as you get used to it, it softens the mouthfeel and mellows out the sweetness of the sake. The exquisite shape fits in your hand and the color is also nice.

雅Found the Seven Crown Horses at Aeon😊.
And the jacket is cool wow!
I'm glad my wife bought it for me saying it's just this one time, but I don't remember doing anything that bad, but tonight I'm going to enjoy it with sake and sashimi from Aeon 😊.
Let's open the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is classic and the taste is also classic but lighter 😄I imagined it would be heavy 💦I thought it would be too heavy 💦So it goes well with sashimi and I can drink it like water 🙂Wow!

MantaMasa-san Good evening ^_^
It's nice to see such a cool sake lined up in AEON ✨.
Is the label inspired by a hoof?
Sashimi and classic sake pairing👍

Refreshing, slight acidity, almond-like aroma when warmed
Chicken breast with sweet and sour sauce
森康央Almost colorless and transparent. It has a slight yellowish tinge to it. It smells very fresh 😉.
On the palate, you first taste a soft acidity😊.
After that, a pleasant astringent and bitter taste spreads from the tip of the tongue, changing to sweetness while it travels from the center to the back of the tongue 😋.
The sweetness seems to be a thin wasanbon, and after a while of drinking, the sweetness has a mellowness to it.
There is no angularity in the overall flavor, so I just keep accepting it😅.
As the temperature settled down, the sweetness increased.
On the third day, it became glossy, and it kept on being glossy and flavorful all the time on the palate 😊.
酔生夢死Slight grapefruit aroma
Moist mouthfeel
Moderate sweetness
Fresh acidity
Lingering dashi-like umami flavor
Japanese atmosphere
Dry food sake ⭕️
It is more ⭕️ if it returns to room temperature for a while.
It becomes more nostalgic.

ペンギンブルーIt also has a refreshing mouthfeel.
Surprisingly, it seems to be a classic sake for its label.
It has a refreshing and lively acidity.
The light, grainy umami flavor spreads afterward.
It seems to go well with saikyo yaki (grilled fish) rather than raw fish.
