100% En no Mai sake rice from Shimane Prefecture. Second fermentation in bottle, 13% alcohol by volume. Low alcohol but not watered down 😋, so I felt a strong sake flavor 😋.
I bought this for the second collaboration following the previous Rudolph collaboration. The still one was more refreshing, while the moving one was more guttural, and it was fun to compare them with friends and see how their tastes differed.

It smells like bananas so much.
It smells like bananas and is easy to drink, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tingling sensation of alcohol.
It tastes sweet and almost like a thick sake, but it is a strange sake with an acidity that makes the tongue numb.
It is very tasty when paired with oden. It is best when served chilled with a sip.
