After drinking a cloudy white space beer (relax) at an authentic bar, I ordered a sake on the house, which was served with beef jerky with wasabi.
The sake was poured from the owner's selection at an antenna store in Fukushima.
I had had a different color label before, but this was my first time to try the blue label.
It has the weight and acidity of Yamahai, but the overall impression is crisp.
It is like a crisp white wine.
