Cool, refreshing rice aroma.
The texture is fresh in the mouth.
Slightly light banana-like aroma.
The rice flavor is rounded and full, with a refined feel.
Sourness, delayed and quiet bitterness, and a well-balanced taste.
A mild food sake. A good hiyaoroshi.
I chose tempura.
This would have been a better match with pork and burdock.
Taste degree ☆ 3.5/5
Nice to meet you, Hakurakusei! I've been looking for you for a while now 👏.
I had seen your name before! Hakurakusei!
Miyagi Prefecture's #1 Sake! 🎉
From the back label, the ultimate food sake, refreshing and sharp, you will like this! I took a sip with this image.
Yum✨.
No peculiarities. It has a nice aroma in the mouth, but when you swallow it, it finishes with a touch of alcohol and umami, but it's still sharp.
It is the type that doesn't interfere with the meal, doesn't assert itself too much, but gently adds to the flavor...yes, just like the daikon radish balls that accompany the sashimi! (????)
I couldn't come up with an easy-to-understand analogy (‼︎), but it is delicious!
Good morning, Mia 😃.
Congratulations to Soonwoo's first Hakuhodo ㊗️ 🎉Gently snuggle up to him 😌He's just like that ☺️ Maybe that's what everyone needs to do nowadays. Just like Tsuma😄
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
If there is a Hakurakusei gently leaning against you, a Tsuma (⁇) like your father's back that day, surely everyone will be at peace. ☺️ (⁇)
It is a refreshing wine that flows smoothly on the tongue and disappears crisply.
The aroma is subdued and refreshing, like green apples.
It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, a well-balanced demon.
The true value of this sake can only be appreciated when it is served cold, and it is truly a "transparent deliciousness.
