This one is awesome 😋. 酒だるましげIt's a daiginjo but it has plenty of junmai umami sweetness!
If anything, there is sweetness all the time... I don't need any snacks... KazukichiFruity with a hint of sweetness
However, it has a good sharpness that keeps you drinking it for a long time.
I think Junmai has a wider range of dishes to match than Tokujun. chika5032019by
