Not only are the collections of this museum beautiful, but the gardens are also very beautiful. ❗️
The elaborately designed garden on the vast grounds is like a painting!
If you look at the garden from the tea ceremony room, you can see paintings and hanging scrolls.
We spent 2 hours in the garden to enjoy the beauty of the garden.

The last dry junmai ginjo from Shimane Prefecture. It is crisp and good as a food sake.

Slightly fruity aroma 🍇.
Claimed to be dry, but very good sweetness and flavor 😁.
The color was slightly yellow 🙆.
Lately, I'm interested in sake from western Japan 🗾.
We will be served with the best seafood from Hokkaido City. It is probably one of the top class food sake. It is dry but has a wonderful sweetness and sharpness.
Japan Sea of the Rim Junmai Shiboritate
Sake from Shimane (first time), 65%, 15%, modest aroma? When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the flavor of rice, and slowly you can feel the spiciness and acidity (I am imagining this on my own, but it is cold today, so I have the impression that it is a sake from the rough Sea of Japan in winter...).

I drank this expecting it to taste like a regular Japan Sea Rim, and what I didn't expect was how sweet and delicious it tasted!
It's different from the fruity sweetness of Otters or Toyo Bijin!
This sake is from Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture.
It has been a long time since I have had a San-in sake.
Last summer, I enjoyed a trip to Izumo-taisha shrine and the Nima Sand Museum in Ota (I really like the manga "Hourglass" in which the Sand Museum appears).
The Hine incense that goes into the air. The hard spiciness crawls out from between the aroma.
The spiciness has a good nobi, and it goes all the way to the back of the throat.
However, it is a very hard sake. It is hard to taste.
How about heating it up?
The hardness disappears and it becomes much easier to drink.
The hinekoso aroma becomes mellow, and the heavy sweetness and astringency overlap, making it a very drinkable sake.
It amplifies and supports the flavors of the snacks, and while competing with the flavors of the snacks, it disappears, leaving behind a slight sparkling sweetness and umami.
This is by far the best sake for warming.
I watched "Asa Asa" and then a little bit of "Sakeba Houki," while watching PICU. The drama ladder that follows Elpis is what I look forward to on Mondays.
The theme song of PICU, "Club ni" by Miyuki Nakashima is really good---.
It's been a while since I've been to a karaoke bar and sang Miyuki's songs. I like "Riding on the Back of a Silver Dragon," "Mugi no Uta," "Shallow Sleep," etc.
The smell of thick Shaoxing wine wafts through the air as soon as you smell it. The taste is also very rich at first ❗️but as you continue to drink it, the corners are removed and it becomes mellow with not too much aftertaste 😋🍶.
