Soft, with good acidity. A sake that can be drunk in large quantities.
What is this... what is this really...
It's not just a little bit difficult, it's the most peculiar, dull, alu-feeling ever...
Is it good? It's like it goes well with German potatoes and other strong-flavored dishes. On the contrary, everything else has enough pressure to be crushed by this girl, so please be careful...
It's been a while since I've been to Hibiya Shante, but there's a Shimane Prefecture antenna shop there, and I bought some grilled seahorse and this. It's delicious! It's delicious, but it should have been chilled or heated. I chilled it in the fridge... I'll go back later and rinse it.
I've never had nodoguro before, but it's got an amazing umami flavor! It's a massive fish. This sake also has some weight to it, and it goes perfectly with the nodoguro!
This is my second time to visit this brewery.
I bought it when I went to Shimane for touring.
The taste of the rice is pleasant.
It has an alcoholic taste, but the taste of the rice is so strong that I don't mind it at all.
As you drink it, you can taste a hint of pear.
There are many delicious autumn sakes.
I enjoyed it with the taste of autumn.
