Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka⑭ The last stop was Okuizumo Sake Brewery. I decided to drink all of them since I decided to be the last one here 😁. I tasted the following Okuidumo no ichidotsugu: improved Omachi Okuidumo no ichidrop, modified Hachitanryu Okuidumo Junmai Daiginjo Nita Rice Koshihikari Junmai Daiginjo Overall, I thought it might be a food sake type? I thought so but I don't remember much🤔. I wish they brought flower yeast like they did at the brewer's festival. I couldn't drink Yamasan Masamune and Shichikanma 😥. You'd think this would be the end, right? There's more to come 😁.

Good evening, Ao 😃. The next post will be the last in the extra edition 🤣. I've given up taking notes lately, so the second half is just random😅.

Good evening, bouken-san. It's wonderful that you wrote the comments of each brewery of the event 👍I have nothing but respect for you because I can only write about the rich and mature comparison of the Ten Rising Sun, cute Rika-san and Shimaneko Inoguchi!

Hi Hirupeko 😃 I don't take notes like you do, so I don't remember a lot of things 🙄 but it's hard to write my impression of Shimane sake because it has a lot of complex flavors and difficult to put into words 😅I need to learn how to express myself better💦.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ⑬ This was my first visit to Kimpo Sake Brewery. It was the last stage of the fair, but I drank a lot of sake because it was my first time to see it. I tasted the following Honjozo Herun Special Junmai Hern Junmai Ginjo Hern Daiginjo Kinpo Junmai Ginjo Kinpo Hern" is said to be the nickname of Koizumi Yakumo. Overall, I got the impression that it was light, fruity, and dry. I think I liked the Junmai Ginjo the best. I said I would drink all of them from the left, but I left in the middle of the bottle. I'd like to try them all again. I'm not sure if Moriwaki Sake Shop in Awaza is really carrying it 🤔. They have an Instagram, but it's not very active, so I guess I'll have to check with the store directly.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ⑫ Li Bai sometimes comes to department stores in Kansai. I know only Ikushima Shoten sells it at liquor stores... I tasted the following Junmai Ginjo Super Special Nama Special Junmai Nama-nazake Super Dry Hana Yeast The super special raw sake was sweet and my favorite type. According to information on the Internet, the super-harakuchi hana yeast is a begonia yeast. I've been posting a lot of Shimane sake, so my recommendations are all Shimane sake 🤣.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka (11) Tenju has been on the back burner for a long time. I have a selfish impression that it is a raw sake of the Ohroku type. The Junmai Daiginjo I had last year was quite refreshing and a bit gorgeous, a fusion of modern and classic.... I tasted the following Mukyutenju Ten'un Ten'un Mukyutenju Tenjyo Mizumo Ten'un is low in alcohol, but it has a robust flavor that doesn't remind you of it. It has a firm flavor that does not remind you of its low alcohol content, but it has a gentle and easy-drinking quality. Mizumo is a mizu yeast yeast, but it has a mature taste. The acidity is impressive. I drank them both lukewarm (I think?). I think it is better to drink at room temperature or warmed up than cold.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka 10 Toyo no Aki, which I have only had once in the past. I tasted the following Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Ginjo Hanakanzashi I think both were clear and light. I was given a business card when I asked for information about the distributors. The person I was talking to was Mr. Toji 😳. I was not impressed with the sake even though we talked a lot... 🙄. I thought it was interesting that both of the distributors in Osaka are wine stores. I thought it was interesting that both of the distributors in Osaka are wine shops. I'm not sure.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka 9 I felt like I was rushing around drinking from this area as time was running out 💦. Izumo Fuji, which I've seen but haven't had much of. I tasted the following Junmai Daiginjo Ten no Murakumo Junmai Ginjo Aka Label The Amanomura was used for JAL's domestic first class flights. It is expensive and has no complaints about its deliciousness. The red label was used for Twilight Express Mizukaze. It is also fruity and delicious. Sorry I only drank the expensive one because I was in a hurry 🙇.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka 8 Jyuhasuhi is a heated sake with a heavy flavor image. We tasted the following Junmai Ginjyo Aoiu R4BY, fire-brewed Junmai Hiyoroshi Gohyakumangoku 70 R4BY Namo yeast, junmai, brown label 28BY Junmai Junmai Green Label 28BY The woman who was standing at the booth with a witty talk and a good vibe had such a strong impact on me that my memory of the sake has been blown 🤣. And she wasn't from the brewery 🤣. I think Aoi U is a zodiac labeled sake that is released every year, and the draft is released around March and the fired one in summer. I drank the raw one last year, and I personally prefer the raw one, but this time I thought the fire-brewed one might be easier to drink. I think I preferred either tea or green, but I can't remember 🤣.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka (7) Honorable Ikezuki is my personal favorite. They brought a variety of sake, which I tasted. I tasted the following Junmai Daiginjo Sakonishiki 30%-5 Junmai Ginjo Sakonishiki Junmai Sakaonishiki unfiltered raw sake Junmai Hiyashiroshi, Yamadanishiki The Junmai Daiginjo was the most fruity and sweet. The others are also my favorite type of sweet-tasting sake from Shimane. I didn't notice the Sakonishiki unfiltered sake, because the label had changed, but it looked like the one I had had in the past. When I showed a picture of it to the brewer, he told me that the label had been changed and this was the new one.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ⑥ Nemuchi-san said to Hirupeko-san that he was going to get involved with him, and when he went to look for him, he found the booth of Tamasakura. I have only had nigori sake (nigori is a type of sake) in the past. I liked nigori quite a lot. I tasted the following Junmai Ginjo Kinzakura R3BY Junmai Sakonishiki 29BY Namaishige Yamadanishiki 29BY It was interesting that they had both heated and chilled sake available, so we could compare the two. I drank the Junmai Sakonishiki both warmed and chilled, but I preferred the chilled version because it was sweeter. I told Hirupeko that she can drink the freshly opened Gassan Sparkling now 😁. The 4th picture is the brewing water in the "Wakarimizu" corner. It tastes much better than the mineral water on the market. I wish they would sell it in plastic bottles, but Nemuchi-san said it would be a problem if the water dried up😅.

Hello, Pon-chan! The food was better than I expected and I wanted to taste the brewing water since each brewery had it available 🤣. It wasn't such a big venue and it was rather easy to find Hirupeko 😁.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka (5) Gassan, which I have yet to drink at home. I tasted the following Special Junmai Hiyahoroshi Mizuki Junmai Daiginjo Mizuki Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Cloud Special Junmai Izumo Mellow dry Junmai The hiyaoroshi is very fruity, sweet and delicious, and my favorite. The others are also sweet and tasty, just like the ones I usually drink. The sparkling sake made a nice popping sound when it was sealed, which attracted a rush of people who wanted to taste it 🤣. The dry one is also sweeter than most dry ones and easy to drink. I don't think I've ever seen the Mizuki series sold 🤔. All of them tasted like the type I usually drink 😅.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ④ I have only had Kaiharu once before. It was a sweet sake, but I didn't like it because of its strong habit... 😅I think I avoided it a little. So I avoided it a little 😅. I tasted the following Special Junmai Sakonishiki Junmai Bizen Omachi Hi Hiyaoroshi Junmai Namaoshi, sake brewed in wooden casks The Bizen Omachi Hiyahoroshi was the easiest to drink and my favorite. This type of sake can be drunk cold. I drank the hiyayagashi warmed. Well, it's still a difficult world for me. I can't really put it into words when it's heated.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka (2) Is Kyoto Isetan the only place that regularly carries Nihonkai KANNOKAI? I remember buying sparkling and nigori at the supermarket. I tasted the following Uzumi Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Uzumi Junmai Ginjo Sakonishiki Uzumi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Mizusumi no Sato Junmai Daiginjo All of them have a gorgeous aroma and are fruity, but I think they lack impact. I think Nemuchi-san said that Yamadanishiki is somehow delicious. I wonder if the impression would be a little different if it were a draft sake.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka (1) At Kokumin Kaikan near Osaka Castle. There was a line of people waiting to enter the venue 😳. The first thing I saw when I entered the hall was Oki Homare. Then I found Nemuchi and Hirupeko 😁. My first time at Oki Honor. We tasted Junmai Muro-machi sake 90 Junmai Daiginjyo, dobin-irokui Muromachi Junmai Sake is a rich sweet sake, very sweet and thick. It is easy to drink and has no sense of aging compared to Nihonbashi, which is also an Edo period sake. Junmai Daiginjo is a fruity, sweet and delicious type of sake that I like. I wonder if there is a place where I can buy it 🤔. According to the information I got, Sake no Yamamoto carries it, but I've never seen it before. I left Hirupeko-san at this point and went with Nemuchi-san as usual 😁.
