Last at Asano Sake Shop is Kinshi Morinori, the only sake brewery in Kakogawa, we were told ✨.
The aroma is fruity, apple-like 😊.
Chilli fizziness, a bit of sweetness while the umami is dry. The taste has a nice acidity sharpness and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is delicious✨
It was a well put together and satisfying drink😍.
