This time it's a nigori nama sake from Ago Ariki Kumo no Kamo no Ue, which was introduced to me as delicious when I first started working at Sake no Wa.
It was not nigori that I was introduced to, but I finally came across it - above the clouds 🎵.
I happened to find it at Hanshin Department Store, and even though I had no plans to buy it, I didn't hesitate, and after a bit of hesitation (lol), I took it home without a second thought.
This is the second time I've been to Goyuji and I'm looking forward to it since it was delicious last time.
First, the supernatant.
The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, refreshing sweetness and bitterness.
The taste is very energetic and stimulating, with a chili chili sensation on the tongue.
In the second half, the bitterness remains, and then the spiciness spreads.
Then, the Ori is mixed in and served.
The aroma is not so strong as in the supernatant.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little sweeter and milder than the supernatant.
Both the supernatant and nigori seem to have more sweetness when the temperature rises a little.
This time, the bitterness and spiciness in the latter half of the bottle left a stronger impression than the sweetness.
It is even better on the second day!
