On this day, I went to Tachikawa for Noriyuki Makihara's concert. Front row! I've been going to Mackie concerts for about 30 years, and this is my third time in the front row!

and after enjoying the concert with the vocabulary of a nursery school child, I went to a restaurant I found by searching for "Tachikawa, sake". The prices here are fixed by volume, so, well, I guess I'll just start with Junmai Daiginjo 💦 This may be the first time I drink with my contingency in mind. Excited.

I decided on 5 shaku, but I would have been happy with 1 gou. However, I would like to drink other sake as well, so let's move on to the next one.

I started to drink it with a light heart, just to try a sip. I was surprised and had a good feeling similar to the feeling I had when I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time. I felt a clear sweet taste in the back of my mouth. I have found a delicious sake. I'll be sure to drink it again.
Slightly spicy and fresh
Lightly cloudy, full-bodied and deep.
But refreshing. Maybe a champagne glass would be better than a sake bottle.

Now let's get started. The standing aroma has a good sweetness along with citrus acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a unique aroma with a slight twang. The juicy, mellow flavor is reminiscent of white peaches and pears, followed by a hint of bitterness.
Serve with minced pork cutlets. The sweetness and bitterness of this sake become a good balance when combined with the fat from the ground beef and the pork flavor 😁 Delicious 😋.
