I started to drink it with a light heart, just to try a sip. I was surprised and had a good feeling similar to the feeling I had when I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time. I felt a clear sweet taste in the back of my mouth. I have found a delicious sake. I'll be sure to drink it again.
Slightly spicy and fresh
Lightly cloudy, full-bodied and deep.
But refreshing. Maybe a champagne glass would be better than a sake bottle.

When you put it in your mouth, it has a unique aroma with a slight twang. The juicy, mellow flavor is reminiscent of white peaches and pears, followed by a hint of bitterness.
Serve with minced pork cutlets. The sweetness and bitterness of this sake become a good balance when combined with the fat from the ground beef and the pork flavor 😁 Delicious 😋.

I was nervous when I opened the bottle because the label said "be careful not to pop the cork", but I'm glad it was just a pshoo sound ✨.
When I drank it, I felt a slight tingle on my tongue.
