Fresh, fine bubbles and a clean, crisp acidity
Refreshing and easy to drink
Natural flavor due to the unfiltered, unpasteurized process
Fruity aroma reminiscent of apples and pineapples
This is one of the most valuable bottles we received.
It is a junmai daiginjo-unfiltered, raw sake brewed with 50% polished "Yuki-No-Majin" grapes.
I looked it up, and I did.
Aerial" is a technical term for surfing, and refers to the dynamic technique of flying into the air using the momentum of the waves.
Isn't that the best birthday present ever? 😊
Right after opening the bottle, it is soft gassy, light on the palate, fresh and lush.
I deliberately got a different glass, and I think a glass with a smaller mouth is better suited for the aroma to come together.
I wonder if the top aroma is more white grape or lychee than apple-based. On the palate, it is clean and gassy, with a refreshing acidity that keeps the juicy sweetness from spreading too far. The aftertaste is also clean and accented by a gentle bitterness.
As the label suggests, this was an easy summer drinker.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When I think of aerial, I think of candy aerials rather than surfing or aerial-type tricks or performances. I decided to drink a brand that I don't usually drink, and while I had several options, I ended up buying the label.
I bought it at the liquor store Yamada.
This series was compared to Dive to Future well.
It had the same schwashy feeling but was dry and went down my throat quickly and was really good with a nice aftertaste. ☺️
My personal preference is for Dive to Future, but I will drink both again next year 🤤.

Summer Travel in Northeast Japan (5)
This summer, Niigata Airport→Sendai Airport✈️
This summer, we will travel to the southeastern part of Japan, connecting Niigata Airport to Sendai Airport.
The fifth bottle is Aerial by Wagayuji.
This sake is made entirely from Yamagata Prefecture's "Snow Goddess" sake rice.
The taste is just like the image on the label.
Fresh, refreshing, and delicious.
Perfect sake for summer 🏝️🏄
It was easy to drink Swiss 😊.
Yamagata sightseeing is a pinpoint Hanagasa Festival sightseeing 🌺👘.
Miraculously, the rain had stopped and we were enjoying the glossy Hanagasa Odori parade,
I found a store among the food stalls that had a nice lineup of sake 💡.
I couldn't help but stop to take a look.
"I'll give you an extra fillet of rayon, let's drink it!"
It tastes just like it says on the label!"
You can decide after tasting it."
If you invite me so enthusiastically, I'll drink it 🤔.
I was pierced by the cold stare of my companion, a minor.
We are enjoying the night of Hanagasa Matsuri with Yamagata sake 😋.
Peco, I'm enjoying watching your summer trip 😊.
I see you went to Yamagata too! I'm sure you'll have plenty of delicious sake to go around 😁.
Hanagasa Odori is gorgeous... 🏵️ I remember dancing it in elementary school... I want to see the real thing... ‼️
Good evening, Pon-chan. I also strangely remember dancing hanagasa in elementary school. It was fun to see the different groups of people doing their own unique dances 😊Manami Hashimoto was the guest that day and I loved the way she brushed her hair up 😍.
Easy to drink neat. It's not micro-fizzy, but it feels close to it in the mouth.
I would like to buy it on the Internet.
At the Tsuruoka tasting counter.
A clear, dry special junmai with just the right amount of acidity. The hint of fragrance has a muscat-like aroma with a subtle fruity note. The aroma is mild, and it is the type that accompanies meals.
Polishing ratio 50% Yuki Megami
Junmai Daiginjo, 15% alc.
Sakuechi, beta-damascenone (ripe melon),
It has a strong sweet, koji malt smell, with a bit of bitter astringency coming in the aftertaste.
It is a fruity sake with a sweet and sour taste in a sharp taste and a hint of ginjo aroma. 4.5
Wife's impression (Dry and easy to drink with rice. Slight bubbles add a nice accent. 4)
Yamagata Prefecture. Tsuruoka City. Ou Proud Co.
Wagauji Aerial Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
We found a label that looked like a fashionable wine from Wagauji Aerial, so we bought it at the Crazy Salad Museum.
I had it cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a shuffling opening sound.
When poured into a glass, countless bubbles adhere to the entire glass.
The aroma is apple-like, with a slight sourness.
There is not much gasiness on the palate, but you can sense a clear sweet acidity at first, and it flows lightly.
After swallowing, the sweet and sour taste spreads quickly and disappears gently, without being tightened by the sourness, and the aftertaste is slightly bitter.
The overall impression is light and gentle. I looked closely and saw that it says it can be drunk in hot weather, so it must be a summer sake.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content: 14%.
This is delicious!
Fruity and full of flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo-namaishu is inexpensive at 1,900 yen!
Since it is a daiginjo, it has a more refined flavor than a robust flavor.
The bottle is also stylish!
This will be my first sake from the brewery. The label is different from the one I imagine in my mind when I think of "I Arigato," but I took it with me 😙It is a sake that was designed to give a boost to new life in April.
It is a light sake with a strong acidity 😅It looks like it has no gas, but it has it, and it finishes with a moderate bitterness.
I could tell there was a fruity aroma, but I couldn't tell what it was 🧐.
By the way, the label is cool, similar to Kangiku's Silver Ring 😎It was stable and tasty from the first day to the third day, with no major taste changes ☺️
Here is the information.

Good evening, studying 😃.
Dive to the future! It's important to be willing to dive into anything 🤗I've never had a drink of Gouriki-san and I'm curious about this cool label 😙.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby😃As we get older, starting anything becomes a chore. The way we think becomes stiff and as you said, this feeling is important. I need to learn from both of you😊.
