The main one is a long-awaited work. Sweet aroma, soft on the palate. The taste is definitely gorgeous and delicious, with a smooth entry and a lingering finish. I had it with the main course, grilled Matsuzaka beef (but you can guess how much it was 😆 ). That's all the sake we had at the restaurant. I'm sure I'll be back for more.

A fruity cup with pasta Fruity aroma, soft on the palate. The taste is dry and smooth with a mildly bitter aftertaste. The next dish on the menu was lobster pasta with thick sauce. It went well with the second sake that we happened to have.

Rare dry food from the store. Curvy aroma, very soft water on the palate, but sharp. The taste is clear and dry. It goes in easily and has a clean aftertaste. We were told that there were only a few drinks available today, so we chose some of them in order.

First of all, we recommend the dry Hanzo. Aroma of rice, sharp on the palate. The taste is crisp and dry with a hint of richness. It goes in easily and has a bitter aftertaste. On my way home from work, I went to the antenna store in Mie Prefecture. They were selling the wrong kind of Jikin. I didn't find any, so I decided to sneak into the restaurant attached to the shop and drink some of the various sakes. Surprisingly, they had a Western menu. Hanzo had the fresh fish carpaccio.
