I had only had summer junmai ginjo. Unlike the cute pop labels of summer, this label is simple. And yet, it's dusty and comforting with a rabbit holding a boar's mouth and a tokkuri to let us know that the fall sake is ready to be served.

This is the kind of restaurant where you can enjoy sake What a blessing to have such a restaurant nearby! How grateful and happy we are to have such a restaurant nearby! The second drink of the day is a stablemate in the south. A sake that has the best of both worlds! I would like to recommend this sake to my friends who can drink but have never tried sake. Is that too extravagant? But if you want someone to like sake, this is the one to try. I couldn't resist and made plans to go back to Kochi! I'm looking forward to it too much!

For autumn sake It's been a long time since I drank Yamahai, but I can't get enough of it! It's been a long time since I've had one with this much color! Brown sugar... beet sugar? Sugar beet? It has a beautiful but honest sweetness! Sake is fun and delicious!

Completely attracted by the label. Ukiyoe sake is too stylish. I want a bottle at home! The mouthfeel is soft and full of flavor, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink, but the aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink.

Perfect as a food wine Brilliant and full of flavor Oh, it has a little acidity too! I've been thinking about Nara's sake lately I enjoyed it with Nara-zuke cheese. You can't see the Nara pickles because of all the cheese. It's so delicious!

It's kind of strange... I've heard it goes well with fish dishes, Personally, I'd like to pair it with myoga and other dishes with lots of condiments. I wonder...maybe I should enjoy it with bonito tataki with lots of ginger and green onions 🤔.
