The addition is a Nayoro comet, and I am glad to have a Nayoro area exclusive. The liver patties at this restaurant are excellent!
I held out until I got to Hokkaido, bought a full bottle, and drank it. The aroma is subdued and there is a light sensation of stimulation on the tongue, but it passes down the throat smoothly. It is a beautifully balanced sake with a not-too-strong sweetness and acidity.
Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo Junmai Kamikawa. It is a delicious sake with a petit-swirling flavor and good acidity in the mouth. It is a local sake. It was purchased at a Seven-Eleven in Kamikawa.
Kamikawa Taisetsu was recommended to us by our favorite liquor store for our wedding anniversary celebration.
The aroma was gorgeous, like apples.
The sweetness of the rice came at first and surprised me.
However, the spiciness was felt in the middle, and it is a delicious sake with a clean and crisp aftertaste!
It went well with sushi!

When you drink it chilled, the sweetness comes first.
It has a slight alu feel to it, and finishes with a light acidity and bitterness.
It leaves a unique aftertaste.
By the way, I tried it with Camembert from Hanabatake Farm... well, it goes with it normally.
I mean, sake and cheese go well together every time.
Well, this sake goes exceptionally well with other sake! I don't think it's as good as other sake.
Personally, I like the taste, but it might be a little bit different for different people.
