りょうすけSlightly fluffy aroma of rice The mouthfeel is quite round, and you can feel the rice from the moment you put your mouth on it. The bitterness of the aftertaste is mild yet sharp. Hirotogawa is another one, but I think I still like special junmai!

やす☆Home brew. The color is slightly yellow. At room temperature, it has a mellow, clear flavor and a slightly strong sharpness with a hint of acidity from the Yamahai process. Although it has been aged, it has no peculiarities and is flat and easy to drink. When heated to 40°C (104°F), the sweetness increases and it has a nice crispness, and the gentle mildness is irresistible. It is not bad at room temperature, but I personally prefer the balance of lukewarm heating.

okaka.okaraI had a bottle of Kamikawa Taisetsu Comet 100% Special Junmai! Both the aroma and taste are fruity and quite gassy! This is my first sake from Hokkaido and it is very good! I would like to repeat it if it is available again!

Satochangood wine and water Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is smooth and umami. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste. It is a perfect match with the accompanying pickled firefly squid 🤣.

しんしんSYMayonnaise-based dishes are served with oysters. For this sourness, I served sweet and sour spring sake. The manager had not yet had it, so I asked him to open a mouthful! It is a delicious sake that has a bigger impact than our favorite Koei Chrysanthemum's three kinds of sake! It's so good that it goes wild in your mouth! It was the right choice to have it in a glass. Knowledge Rice used: Kitsushizuku (from Hokkaido) Polishing ratio 50%. Strength: 16%.
