Kamikawa Daisetsu Junmai Daiginjo Ikuanro
This is the first Kamikawa Daisetsu sake from the Midorigaoka brewery, a sweet and delicious sake. Polishing ratio 40
First sake from Hokkaido
I like the balance of light gasiness, freshness, acidity and bitterness.
I like the fresh ginjo aroma rather than the fruitiness.
It has a strong assertiveness that makes it a sake I would like to repeat!
When the bottle is opened, a good aroma of freshness is released.
The bubbly taste is followed by sweetness, acidity, and a refreshing bitterness reminiscent of citrus fruits.
It is very light and easy to drink, and before you know it, you will be drinking more and more of it.
