It is the first Kamikawa Taisetsu. I was attracted by the white koji and bought it. The aroma is of citrus and lactic acid, with some caramel. In the aftertaste, there is a touch of vinegar. So, of course, the sourness is dominant. There is also sweetness, but it is characterized by a sharp acidity. The aftertaste is also sour. The umami is mixed in there. Rather than being crisp, it is a very drinkable sake. It is surprising that it is low alcohol and white malt. It can be fully enjoyed alone.

Kamikawa Taisetsu Hokkai Do! Local Convenience Store in Hokkaido This sake is a Seicomart exclusive! The color is a little yellowish and the aroma is a little ricey. The rice aroma spreads on the palate and was a good match for the Hon Tuna sashimi🐟 and Aburi🔥✨.
