This is the first time I've seen a drink without a label 🏷️.
Instead it has a ribbon🎀 which makes it unique 🤩.
There is an initial feeling of alcohol, but it is quickly followed by a sweetness. Soft sweetness with a melon flavor.
It can be fluffed up as it is.
A sake that tastes as unique as it looks 🍶.

Sake rice is Ginpu from Hokkaido.
There is almost no sweetness, and the main flavor is the deliciousness of the rice, which can be felt to the fullest.

I had ordered cheese🧀 so I requested something to go with cheese🧀 ❗️ and out came Mimuro cedar 😊.
100% Nara Prefecture dewy leaf style
The color is clear.
I couldn't get the aroma 😅.
Taste is green apple🍏 type sweetness. Slight sourness.
Slightly carbonated 🫧 throat.
Good acidity assist.
I used to drink Mimuro cedar by itself, but it is perfect with cheese 👌👌.
It taught me something new and fascinating 😊.

Here is what came out.
The color is clear.
The aroma is not removed.
There is a slight alcohol taste in the mouth.
The sweetness is pear-like.

The ginjo aroma is rich.
The aroma is mellow, but the smoothness of the throat passage gives the impression of transparency 🍶.

Taste is sweet and bitter. The sweetness is nutty 🥜 but thin and refreshing.
The ginjo aroma is clean but rich.
Recommended with prosciutto ham.
The aftertaste of the ham will soak into the sake 🍶.
