I've been so busy that I haven't been able to relax and have a drink with Peckho, but now I can finally relax 😌.
I took a day off on Friday to escape to Hokkaido 🚗.
Arrived at the Midorigaoka brewery of Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery at 16:00 today, Saturday.
We bought 🍶 there and are starting the party 🍶🥩 early at the campsite 🏕️ (30 sec walk from Midorigaoka brewery😅) next to Midorigaoka brewery!
The sake we had today is this sake which is on sale from today!
It is delicious ❣️😋
The crystal clear sake 🍶👍
The main flavor is from the rice (🌾), with a little bit of miscellaneous flavor and sweetness in the background.
It tastes like a northern country ⁉️, crisp and crystalline!
I don't know what I'm talking about, but it's delicious 😅

Taste sensation: 5 is the maximum
-Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1
-Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning→2 in the aftertaste
