After the Wakakoma drinking contest, I found a brand I was interested in: ‼️👀👀 It was a guest sake from a nearby liquor store and standing drinking bar called "Sugidasake Mise." Yumeginko 100% Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. The aroma is very gorgeous✨. Chilli and fruity anyway. It has a pineapple-like flavor. It tastes like pineapple 🍍🍍. Good balance of sweet and sour with a clean finish! Very delicious💕! I'm glad I was greedy and drank it even though I was going to stop because I would get drunk 〰〰😆👍💕.

I wanted to try it once. I wanted to play the drinking game 1/4😊. It made me fall in love with sake [Hoshizumi]. It goes strangely well with Kangsoo Frozen Mont Blanc ✨.

We took a trip to Kinugawa Onsen on the weekend, so we opened the bottle to relieve the fatigue of driving. This is a bottle of Hoshisen that Mr. Takeshon gave me at the Tokyo Off-line Meeting. It's a rare bottle that few stores in Japan carry, so I'm really grateful! 🙇‍♂️ The only sake I drink with yeast in mind is No. 6, but this one seems to be brewed with No. 5 yeast. The sweet aroma lured me in and I took a sip. The sweetness and umami flavor is very strong and expands at once. Grapes? Brown sugar? 🤔 At first I thought it was too sweet, but gradually I got used to it and drank it down. 🤣 While I was drinking, I received a video call from Mr. Chidorisashi! It seemed that he had called me during the Kumamoto Off-line Meeting! 🤩. I had another gulp of sake while talking with the other members I hadn't seen in a while. I had a precious bottle of "Manachi". 🤣 Well, it was fun 😆👍

Am I the only one who thinks dry sake goes well with summer? It is an inexpensive local sake from the Chita area, but I would be happy if it spreads throughout Japan. It will be hotter and hotter from now on, but I would like to enjoy drinking more and more "Sake" rather than beer or highballs! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

It is a gift. I will drink a little while playing mahjong. Rigel gave us a lecture on yeast, starting with what No. 8 yeast is. It has a strong acidity, but also has a nice umami flavor. I prefer it when it is lukewarm rather than cold. I enjoyed playing mahjong with Daisangen.

This may be my favorite I've had this year. Juicy like a grape and a spreading aftertaste. I can feel the alcohol in the first sip though. Alcoholic in a good way. Lightly cloudy. yeast No. 5

I agree with the lychee-like scent, as the label on the back says. I like the way the citrus aroma starts 😊. Juicy, beautiful wine. Sweet and tasty in a range that is not too sweet and heavy. The acidity is very characteristic 👍.

The concept was "I want people to feel the characteristics of yeast". The concept is "I want you to feel the characteristics of the yeast" 😅. Using the same raw rice Use unique traditional yeast Ginjo-zukuri" to bring out the characteristics of the yeast Pursuit of clear aroma and taste Delicious... 🤤. Sourness is very characteristic and addictive... Both acidity and sweetness are very assertive 😤. And yet they complement each other 😌. It's like drinking a high quality lactic acid drink!
