The second comparison of drinks at home 🍶. Hoshisen I thought I had had this one before... but when I followed it up, I found that I had only had the light nigori as part of the Ume Matsuri drinking comparison set... I got myself back on track and here we go! It's delicious! The mouthfeel is firm, the acidity and sweetness are well balanced, and the aftertaste is refreshing! I want to try the dry one next time 🤔. About 580 yen for 300ml Just a small story here 🍶. I was told at my favorite liquor store that this one was also popular, and after thinking about it, I decided to try it another time... but then I decided that I wanted to compare the two! I thought I'd have to wait until another time... but then I decided I wanted to compare! I'm glad I compared them. They are similar but different.

Overall 8 (out of 10) Sake from a brewery near my wife's (Peppho) parents' house As the name suggests, it has a flavor reminiscent of white wine. The rice flavor is not so strong, but the sweetness of the wine is strongly felt while the presence of rice is expressed by the acidity, a little astringency and bitterness. I served it chilled. The aroma I perceived was as follows.  -Aroma: A faint aroma reminiscent of noble rot wine.  -Aroma: A hint of sourness that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 3 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1  -Astringency: Start 1→ Lingering 2  -Rice flavor: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 Mouthfeel I felt】→2 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

Since it is wine yeast, I made ham in low temperature cooking! Added French bread on the way. Lightly baked with butter and maple syrup. It went very well with the liquor, which reminded me of sweet wine 💕It paired quite well with the bread.

Hoshiizumi Junmai Ginjo. Today, I traveled with my wife Bibi to Nagoya station to go back home, and after having a drink at a pub near the station, we went to each other's parents' house. We went to a straw barbeque restaurant, and the food was good, but it took a long time to come out ... . Hoshizumi is refreshing and seems to go well with any dish. We started with the straw grill assortment.

I was going to drink at a hotel at night in Nagoya. I bought it at Nagoya Takashimaya but missed drinking it and took it home. We had it with eel from Mikawa. The first time I drank Hoshi-Izumi, it had a sweet aroma and a strong citrus flavor in the mouth. It finishes refreshingly with a touch of umami and bitterness. I felt less citrus flavor when paired with eel.

Hi Luteltemi 😃. It's good to drink local sake on the trip, but it's also good to bring it back as a souvenir and drink it while remembering 🤗I guess I preferred to drink it and then finish with eel 😁.

With yuzu nabe from Kaldi's. It is very tasty with the unique flavor of rice in the raw sake. However, it is sad that there will be no next one because the person who made this sake was taken over by another sake brewery.

At a store in Sakae, I told them what I wanted...for some reason they recommended a very local sake and I bought it. This is... delicious 😋. Fruity, shwashy 😋. Delicious.
