With yuzu nabe from Kaldi's. It is very tasty with the unique flavor of rice in the raw sake. However, it is sad that there will be no next one because the person who made this sake was taken over by another sake brewery.

At a store in Sakae, I told them what I wanted...for some reason they recommended a very local sake and I bought it. This is... delicious 😋. Fruity, shwashy 😋. Delicious.

. Hoshi-izumi, I drank it for the first time. It is unfiltered raw sake. Super, super fruity! It's beyond fruity, like an apple or a pear. I fell in love with this sake when I drank it at a corner bar in the summer and bought it. I chose this sake because I wanted to drink something tasty. Charcoal grilled chicken

Recent series of small bottles. The aroma is clean. Smooth and juicy, with a gentle sweetness and umami that permeates the palate. The latter half disappears neatly with a slight bitterness. ***

You use white wine yeast 😎. It's a little sweeter because it's a hinagana version: ‼️ It's easy to drink and sweet, but can go surprisingly well with or without food: ‼️ It has a good amount of acidity, so it's my favorite type of white wine 🍶🍷. It is delicious 😋🍶.
