This is the second bottle of Hoshisen I bought in Nara! Slightly effervescent, rich sweetness like lychee. It has a slightly dry atmosphere and is sweeter than the No. 5 yeast. It also has a burnt candy-like taste. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it.

Yesterday I went to a brewery in Agui-cho, Aichi Prefecture and purchased this sake. This sake is the new sake of the month. The sake rice is Aichi rice (Wakamizu Aichi no Kaori). The sake was easy to drink with a gentle sweetness and a light, refreshing taste. It tasted better than expected. 1,595 yen.

At a store in Sakae, I told them what I wanted...for some reason they recommended a very local sake and I bought it. This is... delicious 😋. Fruity, shwashy 😋. Delicious.

You use white wine yeast 😎. It's a little sweeter because it's a hinagana version: ‼️ It's easy to drink and sweet, but can go surprisingly well with or without food: ‼️ It has a good amount of acidity, so it's my favorite type of white wine 🍶🍷. It is delicious 😋🍶.

Hoshi-Izumi White Koji-brewed Unfiltered Nama-shu Light Nigori Very sweet and sour! It has a sourness that is typical of sake made with white malted rice! (Citric acidity!)! The aftertaste is also quite easy to drink with a gentle sweetness! I'm glad I was able to buy Hoshizumi, which I had been seeing on SNS for a while!

This is also Nagoya sake🍶. This will be the first time for Hoshizumi too. The first aroma is fruity and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a deep sweet flavor with acidity that finishes off the taste. It is also rich and delicious 🥰. This is a draft sake, but I wonder if other hoshizumis also have a lot of darker ones? I would like to try a variety of them with Takanoyume.

I've been skipping this review for a while now..., I forgot what it tasted like 😅 I think it tastes fruity but not too sweet, very easy to drink and refreshing 😅 The packaging is so cute 😍. They use two types of yeast, 1801 and 1401, to produce two types of ginjo aroma!
