Narasake saru
This brewery located in Takaoka, Toyama is very small and hardly sells their brands to other prefectures. Therefore, I had a very rare opportunity to drink this. it's fruity and a little bit acidic like yogurt but doesn't make you feel annoying. According to the owner at the bar, this hiragana version is very rare. I love it.

Evaluation【A+】. This is a well-balanced type with a solid juiciness and richness, but with moderate alcohol (sharpness) and acidity. It is a very versatile wine that can be enjoyed with a glass of wine. A bottle to keep at home!

Yamakawa Mitsuo Check-in 1

Rating [A+] It's been three years since I've had a bottle of Yamakawa Mitsuo. It's a well known sake brewed jointly by four breweries, Yamagata Masamune, TATENOKAWA, Toko, and Otokoyama. The spring version is from TATENOKAWA Shuzo, a brewery that only makes Daiginjo. Because this brewery only makes a Daiginjo, it is 50% polished, so it is very easy to drink and fruity. It has a ginjo aroma that makes you feel the alcohol content is low. But it lacks one more punch! This is just an easy drink on its own... hard to do! Not an S-rank for me.
