Mild on the palate. It is very easy to drink, although it is tangy because it is called "light". The reason why it is easy to drink may be because it has a nice aftertaste. Two glasses at room temperature. Takoyaki (octopus dumplings). Delicious. In addition to octopus, there are sausage, bacon, pork, and cheese. Octopus is the best.

I feasted after just one cup. So this is the lightness of the sauce.... Is this the kind of tingling sensation I feel when I drink it? The fatty feeling of yellowtail sashimi is delicious. I wonder what would go well with the tanrei sake.

Aroma, not strong, just a hint of fragrance. It goes well with rice. It is dry, and I sipped it while rolling it around on my tongue and savoring the taste. I drank three cups of sake. The snacks were fried tofu and fried whitebait. Why is it that white rice tastes so good after sake?

Cold. Second cup. With simmered taro. While watching the Japan national soccer team match. It runs out very quickly at room temperature, so I like it cold, so I can drink it while sipping it. Delicious and happy.

The sake that got me hooked on sake. Fruity, aromatic, and easy to drink. I was told that sake drinkers prefer it, but it stuck with me as I had almost never had sake before. It doesn't seem to be available everywhere, and I hope to come across it again.
