Holy mmmm, it's thick!
Acid! The alcohol is strong at first, but then the smooth sweetness and clear fruitiness come through.
I want to drink it slowly, but this transparency makes me go for it ^ ^.
Like the previous post about Chichibu Nishiki Nama-Shoku Ginjo Sake, I bought this during an anime sanctuary pilgrimage in Chichibu with a friend!
Cold sake
Pleasant ginjo aroma
Classic light taste.
Not as refreshing as a ginjo-shu, but with more weight and umami from the rice.

I went to Tokyo last week to see a friend for the first time in a few years, and we went to Chichibu together to visit an anime sanctuary.
I was worried about whether I could go because of the typhoon, but I could go safely 😁.

We went to the brewery in Chichibu, studied at the museum, and bought it. It is a new take on the traditional Chichibu Nishiki image! The aroma is fruity Miyamanishiki...the taste is sweet and tasty...this is delicious 😋even for beginners! Delicious 😋 Enjoy the Chichibu marriage with Chichibu's specialty, Miso Potatoes, local Yakitori, Yakiton, and tofu from a local tofu shop....

I had an image of a traditional sake, but this is a very DRY junmai made with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and brewed by a Chichibu-raised brewer......................umami and a nice bitter aftertaste that gives it a sharp edge! It's good as a food sake.....................................................I guess there are different tastes. ....
