The mouthfeel is mild for its strength of 19%. It comes in with a refreshing sweetness along with a slightly rough koji aroma. In the end, the alcohol content is as expected, with a subtle sourness and bitterness, and the drink is very satisfying. The overall finish is clean. Anyway, it is very drinkable, but the overall taste is very elegant.
