From room temperature to warmed sake, with mozuku vinegar in between, we slowly enjoy the sake with Chinese food.
The rice sake is just as good as the rice in Chinese food, or is it? Or perhaps it is the deliciousness of Chichibu Nishiki. Not only does it wash away the fat, but the sweetness of the rice and the moderate smell of alcohol are delicious.

Takumichi SutaniClear and colorless, with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, yogurt, and cooked rice. The attack is strong, with mild acidity and mild sweetness and a rather long finish.

It was given to me by a friend whom I haven't seen in a while.
I will enjoy it with a glass of wine!
The aroma has a so-so alu feel to it.
The taste... the sweetness comes on strong at first but disappears quickly, and it finishes rather dry.
This is a good wine that you don't get tired of drinking!
