They also sell Tobiroki depending on the season, so I was surprised to find such a liquor store in the corner of a supermarket. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The mouthfeel is moist sweetness and firm umami, with a slightly alcoholic aftertaste, followed by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox taste, but it is also a taste that sinks into your heart after you drink it. That is the image of this wine. The label has been changed since this summer, and this label is the only one in stock. As a collector, I chose the old label without hesitation. I don't care about the difference in production dates. A brand distributed in the prefecture by Matsuzaki Shuzo, known for Hirotogawa. The raw rice is edible Koshihikari. It has a mild sweetness and a pungent taste that hides... It is a refreshing yet full-bodied sake with a moderate aftertaste that goes well with a wide range of dishes (my personal preference).
