The mouthfeel is moist sweetness and firm umami, with a slightly alcoholic aftertaste, followed by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox taste, but it is also a taste that sinks into your heart after you drink it. That is the image of this wine. The label has been changed since this summer, and this label is the only one in stock. As a collector, I chose the old label without hesitation. I don't care about the difference in production dates. Iwase It has a very simple taste. It is quite astringent, but nourishing. The rice is locally grown Koshihikari. The brewery is the Matsuzaki Sake Brewery in Hirotogawa. In fact, I am a member of the Hirotogawa club, and was one of the first members to join. There is an antenna store for eastern Japan at the east exit of Omiya station, and I saw it there and bought it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that.

控えめな果実の香り、飲み口に少量の辛味があり、米の甘さも僅かに感じながら、スッキリと流れていく感じでしょうか。貰い物だったのですが、悪くない味わいですね☺️

あの廣戸川を醸す松崎酒造店の銘柄。 石背は地元天栄村のコシヒカリが原料米。 今は無き石背の地名を残すべく作られたみたいです。まさに地酒の中の地酒ですね！
