Iwase
It has a very simple taste.
It is quite astringent, but nourishing.
The rice is locally grown Koshihikari.
The brewery is the Matsuzaki Sake Brewery in Hirotogawa.
In fact, I am a member of the Hirotogawa club, and was one of the first members to join.
There is an antenna store for eastern Japan at the east exit of Omiya station, and I saw it there and bought it.
I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that.
Good morning, Mr. Hiratcho ☀️.
Oh! Iwase‼️as expected🤣👍.
It's brewed with locally distributed Koshihikari 🎶.
I was curious.
Good work on the 2am clubbing 😆.
Good evening, Director T.KISO 😀.
I'm not sure if it's because it's rice or because it's Hirotogawa, but it was a pretty plain (nourishing) sake👍.
The cap was Hirotogawa, so it was definitely a club activity❗️.
Hi Yukachin, good evening 😀.
This is the first time I've heard of it too.
There are still many local brands of sake that I don't know, especially since they are not widely distributed throughout Japan.
If I see a sake from a brewery I like, I want to try it.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi 😀.
I had a late night drink last night after almost skipping lunch, and since I had the next day (today) off, I proceeded to snack on it.
I didn't eat all of it👍.

The accompaniment is fried horse mackerel.
This is one of the two bottles that arrived at our house from the 20 different kinds of Fukushima sake sold at the Fukushima Fes 2021 fair mentioned above. In short, a sake mess.
It has a soft sweetness with a hint of dryness that follows. It is very easy to drink and the aftertaste is quite refreshing.
Evaluation: A
Matsuzaki Sake Brewery
Hirotogawa
Sake for the local father
Good Junmai from a bygone era
Of course there are many people who like this, but when you drink modern sake of today...
A brand distributed in the prefecture by Matsuzaki Shuzo, known for Hirotogawa.
The raw rice is edible Koshihikari.
It has a mild sweetness and a pungent taste that hides...
It is a refreshing yet full-bodied sake with a moderate aftertaste that goes well with a wide range of dishes (my personal preference).
