Iwase
It has a very simple taste.
It is quite astringent, but nourishing.
The rice is locally grown Koshihikari.
The brewery is the Matsuzaki Sake Brewery in Hirotogawa.
In fact, I am a member of the Hirotogawa club, and was one of the first members to join.
There is an antenna store for eastern Japan at the east exit of Omiya station, and I saw it there and bought it.
I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that.

Good morning, Mr. Hiratcho ☀️.
Oh! Iwase‼️as expected🤣👍.
It's brewed with locally distributed Koshihikari 🎶.
I was curious.
Good work on the 2am clubbing 😆.

Good evening, Director T.KISO 😀.
I'm not sure if it's because it's rice or because it's Hirotogawa, but it was a pretty plain (nourishing) sake👍.
The cap was Hirotogawa, so it was definitely a club activity❗️.

Hi Yukachin, good evening 😀.
This is the first time I've heard of it too.
There are still many local brands of sake that I don't know, especially since they are not widely distributed throughout Japan.
If I see a sake from a brewery I like, I want to try it.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi 😀.
I had a late night drink last night after almost skipping lunch, and since I had the next day (today) off, I proceeded to snack on it.
I didn't eat all of it👍.
