Today's sake is an Ishiboku❗️ Junmai❗️ from Matsuzaki Shuzo in Fukushima Prefecture. The aroma is faintly sweet❗️As you sip, there is a mellow mouthfeel followed by a sharp sibilance, and then the sweet aroma leaves❗️It is also a good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️

This sake is made by the famous Hirotogawa sake brewery. It was purchased at Hatoriko Kogen, a roadside station in Fukushima Prefecture. It was my first time drinking it, and what struck me at first sip was the meloniness. I don't think I have ever had a sake with such a distinctive characteristic. It may be in the category of fruity, but it does not have a peculiar clinginess. I think it is dry. It is very interesting!

It is from the Hirotogawa brewery and is rather full-bodied. Unlike the usual clean and tasty Powerful! Yum! p.s. The feeling after drinking a gin and tonic in the latter half of the bottle.

Iwase Junmai A Fukushima limited edition sake from the Hirotogawa Matsuzaki Sake Brewery. This sake is brewed with edible Koshihikari rice. It is finally the sake I wanted to drink ^ ^.
