We compared this one from the gold course (pink label) of Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai 2023.
The raw quality was stronger than the secret course, and the awa-wow level was higher.
It tasted very similar, but it also had a stronger sweetness, which I preferred.
Toyoga is a brewery that I don't want to see become so popular, but with this flavor, I think it will become a popular brewery in no time.
We drank two four-packs of sake while comparing the two 😅.

This is the first time I applied for Miyajima Sake Shop's hanpukai.
I knew it was Nagano sake‼️ would not disappoint, it's delicious 😋The soft fizziness reminds me of Shinshu Kamerei.
Nagano sake with a gentle taste, I still like it 💕.

I went to Aizawa Sake Shop in Matsumoto.
As expected, they were out of Genmai.
I was talking with the proprietress about how I had never seen Toyoga before, and she told me that the name of this sake has the "Ka" of the female master brewer "Kayoko Takazawa" in it. She told me that the taste is not well-known yet, but when it becomes known, it will be hard to find, so please drink it while you still can!
When he said that, I had no choice but to buy it. There was also a Miyamanishiki, but since we were in Shinshu, we decided to go with Hitogokkiri.
It has a soft, slightly effervescent taste and is delicious. I should have bought another bottle 😭.
