Rice used is Miyamanishiki
Fruity and sweet flavor spreads slowly.
It has a sharp, crisp, bitter and spicy finish.
It is rather a sweet sake, but it is a fine and well-balanced sake. ‼️
ten days
Sweet gourd-like aroma. Slight effervescence. Sourness. A little bitterness. Simple but delicious.
Purchased at a liquor store. It's hot, so I wanted one that I could drink cold and refreshingly.
Japanese sake
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Alcohol Content:15
It is sweet at first, making it perfect for drinking on its own, and it becomes bitter during the meal, which is also perfect. It is a sake that you will never get tired of from beginning to end.
I later heard that I was actually in the same room with the president of this place at my favorite standing bar in Nagano. What a shame. I wish I could have talked with him more.
I think I will go next time in September, so I would be happy to meet him.
The next day I had to go to the gym at 7:50am, so I drank 2 gou and laid down at 10:00am. I didn't fall asleep 😆.
Toyoga Blue Label Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu 2023

The bottle was opened from the stock at home.

It is delicious with just the right amount of umami and acidity.
I need to go out again💦 to replenish my stock.
YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka ⑰.
Toyoga's booth.
The smallest brewery in Nagano, brewed by a husband and wife team.
The brewer's daughter, Kayoko Takazawa, the toji, visited the booth.
Toyoga Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Ginjyo Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu Hitogochi
It has a firm, robust, and sticky mouthfeel with a rich, sweet flavor.
Toyoga Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Ginjyo Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-junashu Miyamanishiki
It has a gaseous taste, acidity, and a strong umami flavor.
Toyoga Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-jyunshu Shirakaba-Nishiki D Yeast
The only difference is the yeast. It has a slightly fruity acidity, and the aftertaste is very tight.
Toyoga Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake Shirakaba Nishiki C Yeast
The only difference is the yeast. It has a sourness to bitterness and a calm taste.
Shirakaba-Nishiki will be finished this year.
Hi Nemuchi 😃
Toyoga! I was curious about it, but this review made me suddenly want to try it 🤗There is a liquor store in Utsunomiya that sells it, so I'll get it next time👍.
Hello bouken, ☀☀☀☀ is the smallest in Nagano, so I think it's a very small brewery 😅 but still, they make such delicious sake, I could feel the passion of the brewers 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby, Hi ☀☀☀☀, I'm so quirky that you were interested in Toyoga 😉 I didn't check it out until I tasted it 💦 I liked it and talked to the toji at the small brewery, so I wanted to support it even more 📢.
Tennyo no Shizuku I wanted to drink
A dripping drop of water
It is as delicious as your evaluation.
It has a gentle sweet umami flavor and was delicious.
Swam hard at the public pool. 50m pool, nice and empty. I'll go there even though there are no ladies there.
Hanpukai no Toyoga
This is a mellow, unpasteurized sake with a mild aroma and taste. It is fruity but also rich, with a balance closer to mellow sake.
We prefer it at room temperature rather than cold, so we think it is best to drink it at a higher temperature slowly.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 6th bottle
Somewhat yogurt-like aroma.
Umami combined with bitterness and almost no sourness.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
The lower the temperature, the better the sweetness and umami.
