This is a local sake from Hasuda, Saitama Prefecture. Like the Hikomago Junmai Ginjo, this sake is also aged for more than 4 years.
At room temperature, it's a little lighter than the Hikomago Junmai Ginjo, so it doesn't catch in your throat as much.
At room temperature, it's not as smooth as the Hikomago Junmai Ginjo.
Good for heating up.
