I got it on the way back from Hanamiyama Park to see cherry blossoms 🌸
The first sip was sweet and spicy at the same time, like an orthodox sake! It's like an orthodox sake 😆.
It was my first time to drink it but it was familiar to me 😁.

Hirotogawa has been recommended by YouTubers who often watch sake-related YouTubers and recommended to me by Sake-no-wa AI. I decided to pick up a bottle and give it a try.
Well, here we go! The aroma is mild but slightly sweet. I am not very good at reviewing aroma these days. Soft and slightly sweet brewing water. But I think the direction of the sweetness is different from that of Toyobai. It has a ripe sweetness that reminds me of bananas. It is not too strong, not too weak, and has just the right intensity of flavor to be very satisfying. It also has a moderate sharpness that makes it easy to drink as much as you want. This is the most dangerous sake. If you drink it after getting into sake to some extent, you will be able to fully enjoy the goodness of Hirotogawa. It was the best sake I have ever had!
