It is fruity due to the fact that it is a nama-shu, but very refreshing and tasty! I think it's probably because it's cold sake that I can drink it. It's not like a super food sake, but it's good to enjoy it in the evening. It's not a great food sake, but it's good for a small sip at night.

Fukushima sake continues to be a handsome After Gakki, Hirotogawa ❣️ Here's another share from our dear sake friend M 🥰. ✨🥂✨ Fruity and nice aroma... ✨🥂✨ The aroma spreads as soon as you open the bottle ✨🥂✨. When you sip it The sweetness and sourness of the wine is very strong. Soft mouthfeel I think the sweetness is strong 😘I really like it ♡. The aftertaste is rather refreshing I never get tired of drinking it 😊. Oh, it's so delicious 😍💕 It's so handsome! It can be served cold or at room temperature 👍 Thanks M 😚💕😚💕💕 Now for the rest of the Aizu driving section 🚙🚙. After saying goodbye to M-san at Sota Shoten, After saying goodbye to Mr. M at Sota Shoten, we headed to the ramen shop that he had uploaded the other day. I went to the ramen shop that M-san had uploaded the other day 🍜 (it looked so delicious 😙) (It looked so good! 😙). It's "Menya Daiichi" ❣️ I had the recommended Aizu Yamashio Ramen. Dora had a large bowl of Aizu Chicken Soy Sauce Ramen! And a mini char suh-don (rice bowl) which is available only in limited quantities! The Yamashio Ramen was so delicious 😋! I drank up all the soup 😘. The char siu pork bowl is also delicious 💕 Dora will have the Yama-Shio Ramen next time! Dora says she'll have Yama-Shio Ramen next time! Dora-chan says she will have the mountain salt ramen next time 😆. After lunch, we headed to Gonoi Sake Shop 🚙.

No aroma. The mild sweetness and umami come through the watery, refreshing mouthfeel, and the smell of alcohol escapes through the nose. It is not unpleasant. Maybe it goes well with food. After the clear landing, a bitter taste remains. More umami would be nice. After a while, the sweet and umami (umami is stronger) comes out. But it is sharp and clean. It is quite dry.

I brought this one back from the store the other day when I was standing around drinking with the vibes going up 🍶Thankfully it was sold out at other liquor stores a long time ago 🍶I opened the bottle to relieve my fatigue as I love this stable and stable brand ☺️ The first aroma is soft and gentle with an impression of apples 🍎It is smooth in the mouth as usual and the fresh and gentle sweetness of the sake fills the mouth 😋A little bit mellow feeling is brought together nicely with a good acidity 💕Lingering soft and light umami ✨It is well-balanced to the last degree and can be served with any food. It was a very delicious sake with a sense of nostalgia that can be matched with any dish 🍶.

Good evening, it's early, the last day of April and I'm still working as usual in the middle of GW, but it's not bad because I feel I'm making progress in digesting my tasks. I finished work early and went to Gym to work out 🏋️🏋️‍♀️🏋️ and after sweating it out, I opened a bottle of this drink 💁. Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Nama 2023BY✨ A junmai nigori raw version of the popular junmai nigori raw version that is very popular year after year, I forgot how I got it since I let it sit for a while, but I think it's a rare one 😅. I imagined it to be a rampaging horse when I opened the bottle, but I guess it was in a very cold environment, so it was quiet and easy 😌. The aroma is not at all old, but rather clear and herbal. The bitterness in the aftertaste is weak because it is pure Dai, but the alcohol is strong and lingers for a long time 😊. I heard there is also a Jungin Ver of this one but I haven't got it yet so I'd like to try it next time 🙌

After getting out of the hell of 1 sho bottle, it's been a long time since I had a Yongo bottle. This is the second bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake♪ It was made in December, so I let it sit in the refrigerator for about 5 months. When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred and the sizzling is present. It was a replay of the impression I had when I drank it before! It is so good 😋.
