My wife's souvenir from Kochi.
Sour taste?
I googled as I thought of it with a time delay and found makgeolli!
It looks like makgeolli.
I'm sure it depends on the individual, so please forgive me if you happened to see my comment.
This is the best sake I had at several Japanese restaurants I ate at on a previous trip to Kochi. I could not buy it in Kochi, so I ordered it by mail order.
First comes the carbonation and sweetness, then the dry taste, and finally the melon aftertaste. I still like this sake. 84 points.

It's 🫧picky and bouncy😳
Anyway, I got it cold and kinky 😋.
It's a delicious sake full of summery goodness!
The stickers came as a bonus😅.

It seems to be a rice called Gin no Yume!
I underestimated it! Delicious!
It was described as having a slight bitterness, but it is a good bitterness!
It is more like a sake that can be enjoyed by anyone, rather than a sake with depth!

What is Bunkajin? The name "Bunkajin" was inspired by the daughter of Nonaka Kenzan, the regent of the Tosa Clan, whom I respected and admired.
She was featured in novels, movies, and a woman named En.
The name "Bun no Kajin" refers to a woman of talent and beauty who excelled in waka and poetry, and was used as the image for the sake.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Yaetika after my run, I think it was about 1.6k.
Very fresh. Mouthfeel, gas feeling on the tip of the tongue. The flavor spreads. It cuts cleanly. Delicious.
