Last but not least, Wenjiajin 😆.
This is another fall sake 😊.
I see autumn sake has started to appear 😃.
It's light and dry but has the gentleness of an autumn sake 😲.
It's a good food sake 😁.
By the way, it goes surprisingly well with spices 👍
The mornings and evenings are getting cooler 🍂, a sign of autumn 🍶, the aroma is like muscat, the flavor is packed with flavor, and the moderate spiciness and sharpness are perfect for the autumn taste 👌👌.
Good evening, Takku0103 😃.
I love the shrimp and the swordfish and the autumn flavors 🦐🐟️✨.
I've had Bunka Jin before and it's sharpness is the best match for seafood 😆.
Good morning Hirupeko😃You are right 😃It's a fruity but tasty drink that doesn't interfere with food 🍶It has a high alcohol content so it works pretty well 🤣.
A refreshing gem with a slight sweetness typical of summer sake.
The cute label is a bonus, and the pattern glows in the dark!
I enjoyed it with both my tongue and my eyes.
The second bottle was Bunkajin from Kochi.
I thought it would be light and dry, typical of Kochi sake, but it tasted a little more modern and cool. The taste was similar to that of Nara's Mimuro Sugi.
Jiyugaoka 2
Next is also my first drink at Bunkajin liseur (actually my 4th drink 😆)
Liseur" is a French word meaning "a close reader who deeply loves literature.
I have an image of Kochi sake as sharp and dry or something like CEL-24, but it's a little different.
It's like a beautiful sake with an accent of sourness. Delicious 😋.
