For some reason, I get excited when a bottle has a "Caution Open" or "Limited" tag on the shoulder 😃.
I've been daring to choose this kind of thing as my recent trend 😁.
I think I wrote this before, but I guess it's a proof that I'm addicted to Sake 😅.
I found a limited edition at Bunkajin, so I popped it in!
Yopa Memo_φ
There is also pineapple 🍍,
I can also feel melon.
It's a bit dry.
It is a perfect accompaniment to any dish, fish or meat 😊.
Great sake from Kochi 👍
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
Thank you for the food 🎶🎶.
Next up is Wenjiajin 😁.
This sake is also delicious heated, but this time it was served snow cold 😁.
At this temperature, the aroma is weak and the flavor comes through quickly, making you want to drink it slowly 😊.
It's delicious 😁.
Tenka Ippin with a lumpy, lumpy 💪.
I had been thinking about going to Tenka Ippin in Mito since it opened around GW last year, but I happened to be passing by during lunch time and decided to go 🍜.
It's been a long time since I've had a "kotte-ri" (thick sauce), and it's delicious 😋.
Tenichi is a very rich place 🤤.
The sake was my first Bunkajin. I've been meaning to try it for a while and finally did 🍶I was going to drink a classic or a ghost, but I'm charming when I choose a Rizul that I'm not sure about: ❤️
The aroma is magic ink✒️
Well, even if I drink it, the aroma is magic ink✒️
Well, I'm totally fine 🤣.
It has a pleasant gaseous feeling, a light lime sour sweetness and acidity, and a refreshing taste.
It's delicious. ‼️Above all, it has a nice sharpness that is typical of Tosa sake. ‼️
I think the aroma is a little too much for my taste, but I like it 🤣.
Good morning, Manachie. 😊
Tenkaichi! It's quite far from my house,
I've only been twice, but I was impressed by the rich and thick soup.
I was impressed with the thick soup. 😂
This is Bunkajin Rizuru Special Junmai Oragami-Limited Nama-Shu.
We enjoyed it again this year.
It is a delicious sake with a mild aroma and a soft flavor that goes down your throat. It also has a slight bubbly taste.
It is available at Sake Ogawa.
Bunkajin is interesting, isn't it? It seems very far from the image of Kochi sake.
It has a strong lemon and a hint of yogurt acidity. There are no unpleasant parts at all, and you can drink it all the time. I think there are many people who like it.
