Koji(Hana)oshiroi Junmai-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 13-14 degrees Looks like a dobrok😅. However, when poured into a glass, it is light and almost like makgeolli rather than dobrok. In the mouth, it tastes like makgeolli, a sake like makgeolli, a light cloudy sake. Chigasaki Chirori: 20250513

I bought this for home use. It is not nigori sake, but more like dobrok? It's like a dobrok, low in alcohol content, and has a nice gentle sweetness.

Like doburoku or amazake, this sake has the sweetness of rice as it looks. The mouthfeel is slightly sour and the sweetness of the rice comes as soon as you drink it. The taste is like a sweet sake with a slight sourness and rice sweetness that comes the moment you drink it.

＜Gentle, mildly sweet and sour nigori-zake. The aroma is slightly lactic acidic rice flavor. The aroma is nigori, but it is milder than expected. The mouthfeel is mildly acidic with a hint of lactic acid and rice umami. The sweet umami comes out a little shyly from there. And before you know it, it's gone. The solidity is still there, but it is much finer than a grain of rice. It looks dense, and indeed the texture is dense, but the flavor is very reserved. However, there is something soothing about it. It's gentle and comforting. Is the alcohol 13 degrees? No, no, it feels much lower. When it warms up and you get to know her a little better, you can taste a sour sweetness that is a bit like amazake. But it is also modest and cute. It was delicious~. If I were to compare it to the scene in Ghibli's "Omohide Poroporo", "Which do you like best, a rainy day, a cloudy day, or a sunny day? scene in "Omohide Polo Polo".
