Like doburoku or amazake, this sake has the sweetness of rice as it looks.
The mouthfeel is slightly sour and the sweetness of the rice comes as soon as you drink it.
The taste is like a sweet sake with a slight sourness and rice sweetness that comes the moment you drink it.

The aroma is slightly lactic acidic rice flavor. The aroma is nigori, but it is milder than expected.
The mouthfeel is mildly acidic with a hint of lactic acid and rice umami. The sweet umami comes out a little shyly from there. And before you know it, it's gone. The solidity is still there, but it is much finer than a grain of rice.
It looks dense, and indeed the texture is dense, but the flavor is very reserved.
