The first sip is fresh and slightly sweet like a summer sake, and as you drink it, the dry umami flavor develops like a Nada Otoko sake. I like it. 😋😋😋😋
The third picture was taken at Izumi Sake Brewery when I visited Nada Gogo in the summer. The brewery is huge, just like Nada.
Business trip to Tokyo. Wandered into this restaurant. He is very particular about his food. I met Mr. Sensuke, whom I have not seen in a while. The sake is super dry with a sake strength of 10, but it is sweet and fruity with a dry finish. Delicious.

Senzuke is becoming a staple in our house. I was a bit nervous about how it would be with the super dry taste, but it was easy to drink and had a stable taste. I like to drink it chilled, but recently I have begun to wonder if chilling it makes it all too refreshing to drink.

Senzuke Junmai Unfiltered Nama sake was served cold. The entrée was grilled sardines.
