Purchased on a trip to Aomori with a stopover in Hachinohe. The aroma is imperceptible, and when you put it in your mouth, it goes down your throat with a pungent taste.
I drank it from snow-cooled to cool-cooled and found the snow-cooled one to be more delicious. It is a new sake that is easy to drink.
Refreshing sourness like apples.
When the lees are mixed, it mellows out and the flavor improves.
It is delicious.
I thought it was sweet at first sip, but as I continued drinking, it became moderately dry and I enjoyed it more as a food sake than as a stand-alone sake.
3.5 / 5.0
This is my favorite sake that I have been waiting for. This year, I asked the liquor store to reserve it for me. Of course, I went to pick it up as soon as I got the call (laughs).
This is actually the fourth day after the bottle was opened.
The first day is from the opening of the bottle with the unique juiciness of nama-shu. This year, the usual green apple aroma is not so strong. And the sweetness seems stronger. But the piquancy supports it, so it is very easy to drink, with a mouthfeel that even beginners can enjoy.
Then, on the fourth day. The piquancy is still gone, but the bitter and pungent taste comes after the sweet taste.
Finally, the taste is getting closer to my usual taste. I enjoy this change in taste. It will be gone in no time.
This is my first time to buy Mutsu Hachisen.
I was wondering whether or not to buy it at the liquor store, but I'm really glad I did.
I know I have a stupid tongue, but I could tell the moment I drank it, it tasted like apples. It's really tasty.
Is it because it's from Aomori? Is it because I'm in Aomori?
I can't stop because it's my day off from work. I'm drinking at home, but I'm inebriated.
The moment I drank it, I felt a refreshing flavor along with a refined sweetness.

It immediately had a well-balanced acidity and umami taste.

The aroma is already delicious.
The slight fizz you feel when you drink it, and the mild and easy drinking. The taste of rice from the first sip is delicious. The aftertaste is also great. Personally, this is my No. 1 wine.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop Gransta Tokyo on my first business trip to Tokyo in a while.
The purpose of today's visit was to buy Mutsu Hachisen and Akabu Shiboritate, so I bought them immediately, whereas I usually worry about what to buy.
There was a "Furusato (hometown) Tax Payment Festa" near the Hasegawa store, and they were offering a big feast of food tasting and tasting. It was very crowded, but I was able to try a lot of different kinds of sake and food from all over the country, which was quite intoxicating. From Niigata, we went to Niigata City,
Echigo beer and Echino Kanme. I haven't paid my hometown tax up to the limit yet, so I have to do it.
The aroma is fruity and apple aroma, as expected from Aomori. When they hear the word "apple," they start singing "apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple. They are well educated in gifted education.
Fresh, sweet and sour, fresh and fruity, juicy and full of flavor,
Slightly hazy origami, more apple juice feeling,
Not too sweet, slightly bitter and gassy, cool and crisp,
It is not too sweet, but has a coolness and crispness with a slight bitterness and gaseousness, which makes it easy to drink,
This is a dangerous ogara-mi sake. It is delicious!

You can enjoy a refreshing yet sweet taste. It has a fruity aroma and a fresh taste typical of nama-zake. It is very easy to drink and has no peculiarities.
The sharpness from the heat treatment is also
and the sharpness from the fire-roasting.
from the initial fruity taste.
It is a sake that has a brilliant escape from the initial fruity taste.
