Mutsuhatsusen Nouveau Special Junmai Namaeshu Nao Kumi after 2 years. It is one of the sake I was impressed by when I drank it before.
The aroma is faintly fruity. The fresh sweetness quickly moves through the mouth. This is the taste of Mutsu Hachisen.
It's been a long time since I've seen the MIXED series!
Anyway, the label is so cute!
Al degree is 7%...I have a feeling it will be gone soon!
The taste is..........................................
Sweet! Soupy! I love the sweetness!
The sweetness is rather mild, with a hint of orange? Then, the sourness starts to stand out and it is refreshing!
Thanks to the low alcohol content, you can enjoy it in large gulps!
I wish they served this in a bottle...
It has a wonderful sense of pitchy gas and the freshness of direct pumping.
This new sake is beautifully finished with a gorgeous aroma.
Accompanied by Chikuzen-ni (Chikuzen stew)
Mutsuhasen, nice to meet you✨
This is so delicious 😋!
Fresh white grape-like aroma!
The balance of sweet and fruity, sparkling acidity and a hint of gas is wonderful ✨.
I wish I drank it sooner... lol
I'll be looking out for it this season✨
Jay & Nobby ✨good morning...
Yes ^^^ seriously delicious 😋✨.
I'm curious about the green and pink, lol.
Thanks to the reviews of various people here ^ ^.
Thank you so much!
The young brewers of Hachisen have come up with a concept for this series, which they are challenging themselves to create. This sake was created under the theme of "sake to be drunk with the family.
It is fruity, sweet and sour, and has a light, refreshing taste. The alcohol content is only 7 degrees, making it easy to drink. The cute label is also a nice touch.
The top aroma is faintly sweet peachy aroma, smooth mouthfeel, slightly sour sweetness, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness of honeyed apples comes to the fore, and the moment it is swallowed, the sweetness disappears quickly, and the alcohol and bitterness make it finish with a sharp taste. It may be one of the top three Mutsu Hachisen! Delicious!
Isaribi (fishing fire) is said to be the fire that fishing boats build to gather fish at night.
This sake is said to go well with squid and mackerel.
The sake should be warmed up, and the snacks should be seared...
I like the kanji characters on the label better than the alphabet.
