In the mouth, one might think it was a dry sake at first, but then a creamy, sweet, mandarin orange juice-like flavor spread over the tongue, accompanied by acidity. The sweetness and creaminess stayed with me for a long time. When you take a quick swallow, the spiciness appears at the back of the throat and the bitterness at the back of the tongue. It's been a long time since I've had Hyakujuro ❗️ It's delicious 🤤.
