The label design looks just like Eikofuji, but they have the same designer😳.
There were two kinds in a row, so I chose this one.
I don't know what I should register my name as, so I decided to go with Hyakujuro for now😅.
It's slightly effervescent and shwashy. It has a refreshing taste with a strong rice flavor. It's a mature taste, so I guess it's good during dinner 🤔.
Personally, I'd like a little more sweetness...
I got that impression when the sake was cold, but it tastes more fruity and sweet-tasting when it's closer to room temperature.
