I was confused by the similarity of the label to Akabu. I hadn't tried it yet. It's a sake that feels very mature and brings out the flavor of rice. However, the problem is that it has a flavor I don't like.

First impression, first place today. I wonder if this is my favorite style. It's clean and fruity, with no ricey flavor. It's even cheap!

The cheapest sake in the house. But it's surprisingly good. The brewing alcohol must have been used well. It's a shame that it doesn't have a special flavor, but it's refreshing.

When I ordered it, it was the last glass left in the bottle. They discounted it to half price because it was less than a glass.
It was a well-made and clean drink. There was a refreshing fruity flavor at first, but I couldn't really see the character because it was the last glass.

Junmai ginjo mansaku no hana kamaberu 純米吟醸 まんさくの花 亀ラベル
I ordered this dish because it was described on the menu as fragrant, but my first impression was that it tasted like rice, which I don't like. But the description is not wrong, there is definitely a fruity and floral flavor.
