It was my favorite type of mellow ✨gorgeous 🌷!
If the "Junmai Ginjo" was "Pear Level 1🍐", the "Junmai Daiginjo" is like "Pear Level 2🍐🍐"!
(I need to work on my vocabulary!)
I enjoyed the aroma and presence!
I want to enjoy it with fish dishes and tempura: 🐟️

I compared 3 cups (30ml) for 500 yen!
It's junmai ginjo so the aroma was pear-like and fruity 🍐🍶.
It was the easiest to drink out of the 3 types! I like it!

It has been a long time since Kagamiyama's last unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Omachi.
After drinking this sake, I was convinced that Kagamiyama is delicious.
It is still rich and delicious, but..,
It has a very slight bubbly and juicy taste.
After two days of working remotely in the company housing, I opened a bottle of ogara-mi-nama-sake that I had purchased when I went to Kawagoe to refresh myself!
Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! Fresh!

Re-jozo brewing. It starts with a fruity aroma, followed by a thick sweetness that rushes up to the palate. Yet it has a crisp aftertaste. It would be good with dessert after a small meal.

The rich umami of the rice and koji is concentrated and deep.
Refreshing acidity that refreshes and tightens 😋.
Kagamiyama Junmai Ooragarami from Kawagoe
Slightly cloudy and fruity aroma.
Banana-like on the palate and easy to drink
Easy to drink!
We got some nice sashimi at a local fish shop.
I enjoyed it with some nice sashimi I got at a local fishmonger.
I heard that in spring, you can experience directly pumping sake at the brewery.
at the brewery in the spring!
