The ripe sweetness fills your mouth as you drink it. The ripe sweetness fills the mouth, but then it quickly fades away.
The alcohol content of 16 degrees Celsius is apparent, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can drink it without worrying about it 🥰.

Drinking outside in Hanyu City. The second drink was Zenchidori (Utou) from Nishida Shuzo, famous for its rice wine. It is only when drinking outside that one can enjoy a high-class sake in a casual setting.
It has a nice aroma, a beautiful yet strong umami flavor, and a dry finish. Ah, it's the kind of sake you know is good! This is the kind of sake you know is good. Very tasty, but I prefer the balance of Tasake's special junmai 😅.
