Since I was in the Tama area, I had a bottle of Ozawa Sake Brewery's Honjozo Nama Sake in Ome. It was light, mellow, and went on and on. I like it because it is very easy to drink.

I went to the main store of "Kakomo" which I visited last month at Baltika 03, the best location right in front of the bus stop for the ferry terminal 😁 I was drinking while checking the line because I heard that it is often full and you can't get in, but there was no line at all, so I checked 5 minutes before, but there were about 20 people in the opposite line, I was impatiently waiting in front of the door to get in. I was able to get on 😅.
I asked the store staff what they recommended for dry sake, and they recommended Sawanoi, so I ordered it 😀.

I was touring the shopping streets in Tokyo when I saw this sake 🍶 and bought it home.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 16%.
100% Gohyakumangoku
The aroma is a little gorgeous ginjo aroma, and while the acidity is the main taste, the umami and sweetness of the rice can also be felt, with a well-balanced bitter taste from the acidity.
It has an image of being light, but it is anything but that.
It says it has been aged for 150 days, but the sense of maturity is not strong.
It can be drunk as it is or with other food 😙.
It is delicious 😄.
I had it with bonito tataki for the entrée, and the acidity and slight sweetness brought out the umami 👍.
