First time! Tokyo Sake.
It has little sweetness and comes in like water.
What's that? I felt it,
Then, a strong acidity is felt, and the delicious taste of rice swells up.
The last taste is slightly bitter.
It is refreshing but firm.
It is delicious.
Thanks to the brewer in Tokyo.

It has a clean, dry, sweet, balanced, and clear taste. Not a memorable personality, but not fat, that's how it feels.
Little or no aroma. Aroma of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is smooth and dry.
The characteristic flavor of rice. No sweetness, acidity, or bitterness.
When heated, the sweetness and umami spread out, and the overall flavor seems to become fuller.

Delicious 😋.
The sweetness comes at first, followed by a bitterness and sourness. The bitterness comes at the end to finish it off.
It was a well-rounded sake.
Sawanoi's Soten, spring color label. The aroma is fruity to the fullest. It also has a slightly minty freshness to it.
The taste is sweet rice with a light, blue, or uniquely refreshing flavor. The slightly astringent finish is also pleasantly characteristic of spring sake.
The lively and refreshing aroma and the robust flavor of the rice are in a curious balance.
You will feel satisfied that you have had another sake today.
Today we are drinking out at a nearby pub watching the national team 😆.
I drank it for the first time, but Sawanoi's Haru no Yuki is really delicious.
It is a very cloudy sake with a gassy feel, but it is really smooth with no stickiness in the aftertaste and finishes nicely.
There is a slight astringency that is just right, but it does not lean too far to the clean side. It's good ✨.
The taste is mainly a beautiful sweetness of rice without any nastiness, and it is fruity and easy to drink, but you can still taste the flavor.
I was hooked and bought two bottles on the official website because I was so drunk...
I would like to enjoy it at home as well ✨laughs
