Sawanoi's dry nigori sake.
The aroma of rice is modest.
First, a sip...and then another sip. Then, a sip of the shime saba (mackerel). Then another sip of Sawanoi. The dry nigori (a thick, dry, bitter taste) disappears as it mixes with the acidity and fat of the shime saba (mackerel). Happiness...the breath escapes my lips at the flow of the happy time.
